3. Not a Broker / No Execution / No Custody

3.1 No brokerage or custody.

The Platform is not intended to act as a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, clearinghouse, or escrow service. We do not hold client money or client assets.

3.2 Execution happens elsewhere.

If the Platform enables you to connect to a third‑party broker, exchange, or other execution venue, any execution is performed by that third party pursuant to your separate agreement with them.

3.3 No responsibility for execution outcomes.

We are not responsible for (and disclaim all liability arising from):

• execution prices, slippage, partial fills, rejected orders, margin calls, liquidations, fees, commissions, spreads, funding rates, or exchange/broker outages;
• delays, latency, throttling, rate limits, or timeouts;
• any mismatch between what you see on the Platform and what is executed or recorded by a third‑party provider.

4. Market, Trading and Investment Risk Disclosures

Trading/investing (including spot, margin, derivatives, futures, options, CFDs, leveraged tokens, and other products) carries significant risks, including:

8.3 Pulling and pushing data / instructions.

Integrations may involve pulling data into the Platform and/or pushing data or instructions to third parties. You acknowledge and agree that:

• you are solely responsible for reviewing, confirming, and authorising actions you initiate;
• you are responsible for monitoring third‑party confirmations and account records;
• system delays or failures can cause actions to be executed later than expected, not executed, duplicated, or executed differently than displayed.

8.4 Credentials and permissions.

You are responsible for safeguarding API keys, tokens, credentials, and permissions. We disclaim liability arising from credential compromise caused by your acts/omissions (including reuse of passwords, insecure storage, phishing, malware, or shared devices).

9. Software, Availability, Downtime and Technical Risks

9.1 "As is" and "as available".

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure operation.

9.2 Bugs and defects.

The Platform may contain defects, bugs, errors, vulnerabilities, or inaccuracies that could result in:

10. Security Disclaimers
